Shipping & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

After payment is received, it takes 3-4 business days for your order to be processed & shipped.
When will I receive my order?

After your order is shipped, delivery takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. For more accurate delivery times, please visit your confirmation email and click the link to your Order Status page.

Please note: Delivery times don’t include possible carrier delays caused by weather, customs, or busy holiday periods.
How can I track my order?

Once you've received a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, you can follow the link to the Order Status page to stay updated on tracking information.
How much does shipping cost?

Enjoy free shipping on us for orders of $100 or more! Orders under $100 are subject to a $10 CAD flat-rate shipping charge.
Will I be charged duties?

Customers located outside of Canada are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may apply.
Can I cancel or edit an order after it has been placed?

After payment is received, you will have 3 business days to make changes to your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order, and you will be required to initiate a return within 14 business days if you no longer wish to keep your piece.

What is your return policy?

You have up to 14 days following the delivery date to return your unworn piece in it's original packaging. Please visit our Return Policy for more information.
How do I return an order?

If your piece qualifies for a return, you can start the process by visiting the Returns page.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) as well as major payment processing services (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
What materials are used to make your jewelry?

Vayu jewelry is made from all natural gemstones. Our pieces are plated with genuine gold & silver atop 925 sterling silver, and stainless steel.
