Processing Time

  • All orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • During busy seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Orders under $100 are subject to a $5 CAD flat-rate shipping charge.

  • Estimated delivery times are are 5-7 business days for shipments within Canada and 5-10 business days for shipments to the US.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on postal service delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through Canada Post, USP, FedEx, or other trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they are with the carrier, we will do our best to assist you in locating your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to locations outside Canada and the US.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.
