Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@vayuco.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll work with you to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
